We were pleasantly surprised to find a rooftop swimming pool at the hotel, which was perfect for cooling off from the equatorial heat in Belem. The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the local delicacies offered, and we highly recommend trying the Tapioca station. The location of the hotel was also great, with plenty of attractions nearby.

Had a great breakfast with fresh coffee in the desk, fresh tropical fruits, juices. Location: the hotel was not far from Radisson Belem, and the better areas. We dined out at Famiglia Trattoria, set a couple of blocks away from the property.

The complimentary drink on arrival was a nice touch and made us feel welcomed. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep. The room itself was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The shower was excellent, with good water pressure and temperature control. The breakfast had a good variety of food options, and the made-to-order tapioca was particularly delicious.

The swimming pool is excellent, very large. The bedroom and bathroom were also very large and clean. Very comfortable beds. Lots of pillows. Nice selection for breakfast, eggs made to order, tapioca. All very good. Check out was very quick. They trusted that I told them what I had taken from the Minibar which I thought was very nice.
Felt like family, no complaints.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, making it a pleasant stay. Also, the hotel offers complementary breakfast and a gym. The location is central and convenient as you can walk to most places.
Some of the rooms are not soundproofed well, and the walls are too thin. The lobby and elevators have a damp smell that does not feel inviting.

the elite facilities, including the sauna, swimming pool, and rooftop terrace, exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities certainly made my trip worth the cost, and the location, just a short drive from great dining spots, only added to the hotel's allure.
While the restaurant's breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, the coffee could use improvement. Nonetheless, the restaurant and bar/lounge area were the perfect places to unwind and enjoy tasty meals.
